A double hazy IPA built on a luxurious base of Maris Otter, spelt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats for an intensely soft, pillowy body. Nelson Sauvin hops are added at the whirlpool and then return in a massive dry hop, producing an intensely juicy beer with notes of white wine, melon, and stone fruit.
Pungent white wine, gooseberry, and stone fruit aroma. The palate is incredibly soft and full, with low perceived bitterness masked by the rich mouthfeel and ripe fruit flavors. A deceptively smooth finish for the gravity.
